Friday, February 1, 2019John came into my life as my Stepfather when I was 9 years old, and I have many good memories of growing up with him as my Dad. He inspired my love of golf and football, cooking and great rock and roll, all loves that I have handed down to my children. John taught me a lot about food when I worked with him at Luigi’s and The Sailfish, and I hope he felt some pride knowing that I grew up to raise my own family in the restaurant business. Life and it’s circumstances made us go our separate ways around 1980, but I have always been grateful to John for all the ways he made my life better and easier than it could have been when I was a kid. My condolences to Dale and his family. May he Rest In Peace.

Friday, February 1, 2019I remember all the great times we had in ACHS and then at Luigis with John , Kirk, Maria, Tammy and Jake. Wonderful times with wonderful people. I had a lot of rum cake when John was in the bakery when Fausto was off. Times we will have in our thoughts forever. Missing a really wonderful friend.
