Thursday, January 3, 2019My family and I wish you love and peace as you celebrate such a wonderful life. Mrs. McLaughlin was my kindergarten teacher. I have such fond memories of her and of my very first year of school. As I share my memories and love of my kindergarten teacher with my daughter (who is now in kindergarten), I am saddened but appreciative of all that she has given me in such an important time in my childhood. She will always be loved. I am so sorry for your loss.

Tuesday, January 1, 2019I was so sorry to hear of Anne's passing. I didn't know Anne very well, but I've known her husband Johnny since grade school. I met Anne occasionally at our 1961 ACHS reunions ... saying to her once ... "You got one of the good guys" ... to which Anne replied .."I know" ! Even though I had little contact with Anne, when meeting her, you could feel her kindness. Her sweetness and openness came through. May God hold Anne close to His heart ... and may He give John and all her family His loving peace.

Tuesday, January 1, 2019To Anne's family: I am so very sorry to hear that Anne has passed away. I was not aware of any health issues, however; I live in Iowa and have not heard from her via facebook, in quite a while. I am both saddened and shocked. I graduated with Anne in 1962 from Upper Dublin H.S. We were good friends as she lived on Atkinson Lane, in Ambler, just around the corner from my home on Orchard Lane. Our senior year she was the yearbook photographer, and she was always ready to shoot a photo, with a smile and a laugh. We shared many good times together. Please accept my most sincere sympathy and condolences. I am truly sorry. I extend my heartfelt best wishes to Anne's family. Sincerely, Wayne Martin

Tuesday, January 1, 2019I grew up with Alicia and remember Anne as such a kind and loving mother to one of my closest friends. She always welcomed me into their home to play, eat dinner with the family and spend the night. She was a great mother and I know she will be deeply missed.
