James Michael Fera, Jr., age 68, of Toms River & Ventnor City, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2018.
This handsome man was born on May 26, 1950, in Pittsburgh, PA. Jim graduated from Baldwin High School and earned an Associate’s Degree from Allegheny Community College.
Born and raised in Baldwin Borough, PA, Jim spent a few years in southern California before he resided in Toms River and Ventnor. Jim was an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Army Reserves during the Vietnam War. He was a proud member of Local 154 Boilermakers in Pittsburgh, PA, and was a dedicated Mr. Mom for over twenty years.
Survivors include Bobbi (Frisch), wife; Kelley and Jimmy, children; Sean Flynn, future son-in law; Theresa Reiland and Ginny (Jim) Hawkins, sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews. Jim was preceded in death by James and Hedwig Fera, parents; Kathleen Davis, sister; Hank Reiland, brother-in-law.

A celebration of Jim’s life will be held from 5-7pm on Sunday, October 7, at the George H. Wimberg Funeral Home on 1707 New Rd, Linwood, NJ 08221.
Graveside service will be held at 11am on Wednesday, October 10, at Calvary Catholic Cemetery on 718 Hazelwood Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15217.
